SYSPRO USA End User Conference Marked by Enthusiasm, Optimism

Last week’s SYSPRO USA End User Conference, held in Dallas, Texas, October 7 – 9, drew record attendance. Themed “Simply Smarter,” the three-day conference, which consisted of both general and break-out sessions, highlighted SYSPRO 6.1 and the ways in which the newest version of SYSPRO ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software will enable firms to boost productivity and competitive positioning without the need for extensive employee training.

Brian Stein, SYSPRO USA CEO, provided the conference welcome, stating, “Your attendance is very much indicative of your ongoing desires to achieve the highest standards of operational excellence for your respective organizations. While you have utilized SYSPRO ERP software to streamline your operations, outpace the competition, lean your businesses and achieve sustainability, this conference is designed to show how SYSPRO 6.1 can re-energize and re-invigorate all aspects of your operations.” A warm welcome was also extended to the group by Texas Councilwoman Sharron Spencer.

Among the notable conference presenters were Phil Duff, SYSPRO CEO, as well as SYSPRO managers and software engineers. Patrick Hoffmann, Controller, Samuel Strapping Systems commented on the ways in which SYSPRO 6.1 will give his company numerous competitive advantages, while Michael Terpin, Founder and CEO of Social Radius, discussed the ways effective utilization of social media can make positive contributions to a company’s bottom line.

“The Conference can be summed up in two words – ‘enthusiasm’ and ‘optimism,’” said SYSPRO USA President Joey Benadretti. “The End User Conference exemplifies the SYSPRO corporate culture of interacting with users, understanding their needs and incorporating these into future SYSPRO releases. This is the reason why SYSPRO has a 98% customer retention rate.”
